2024 Subaru WRX: More Features, Higher Price

The Subaru WRX gets a bevy of new standard features for 2024, including, for the first time, the full Subaru EyeSight safety suite, even on stick-shift-equipped models.

Dealers will offer the 2024 WRX in the same Base, Premium, Limited, and GT trim levels as last year. But a new TR edition appears. Inspired by the cult-favorite “tuner ready” Subaru models of the early 2000s, it gets a series of performance upgrades without the added creature comforts of higher trim levels, letting fans access additional speed without spending too much.

Subaru makes the 11.6-inch Starlink Multimedia Plus system standard at every trim level for 2024. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard regardless of price, too.

Finally, Subaru has added its full EyeSight safety suite to models equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission. That gives 3-pedal drivers access to Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Centering, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Prevention, and Pre-Collision Brake Assist.

Subaru also charges a mandatory $1,120 destination fee on all WRX models.
